Embodied Comedy: Improv for the Nervous System

Saturdays, 10-12:30, May 16 - June 6 @ Ruscombe Mansion, Baltimore

Embodied Comedy is a 4 week program that uses the tools of improv and Sacred Theater Somatics™ to help participants deepen their capacity for presence, increase confidence and develop an embodied understanding of their nervous systems. You’ll dive deep into the healing power of improv, without the pressure of performing.

Permission to Play

June 7, 3:30 - 5 @ Thrive Sanctuary

Permission to Play is an immersive improv workshop designed to help you loosen the grip of overthinking and reconnect with your natural spontaneity. Through playful exercises, gentle prompts, and embodied exploration, you’ll practice saying yes to yourself, taking creative risks, and letting go of the need to get it “right.” This is a space to experiment, be seen, and rediscover the freedom that comes from simply playing.

Sunday Merries ONLINE

July 12, 3-4:30 on Zoom

Sunday Merries is a free drop-in session designed for women with ADHD, but open to anyone with a busy brain!

Instead of dreading the week ahead alone, we gather together to laugh, move, and reset our nervous systems through playful improv and embodied mindfulness practices. Together, we'll experience a joyful release for all of our unwiggled wiggles, shake out stress, reconnect with our bodies and start the week on a lighter note.
