What People Are Saying
I signed up for the class because I figured I could use all the help for my anxiety and nervous system that I could get. I got so much more out of the class then I could've hoped though! Emily you are an amazing, kind teacher and the 'curriculum' was perfect!
— Embodied Comedy Participant
I have been in therapy outside of this class for the better part of a year, and this was the perfect addition to that. Improv in general, but especially what I learned in this class. I can’t thank Emily enough for all of her insight and guidance. And her immediate acceptance of who we were, and wherever we were coming from.
— Embodied Comedy participantI signed up for this class to try to get a handle on my own thought patterns and behavior. And to learn how to regulate my nervous system in order to curb anxiety when speaking and performing in front of others. And I gained exactly that, plus way more.
— Embodied Comedy participantThis is one of the best classes I've ever taken! The mix of improv and self-care is perfect and I use the skills and concepts I learned everyday. Emily is such a fantastic, kind and encouraging teacher. Everyone could benefit from this class!
